Thinking of Kyle Busch and his family during this difficult time. Sending our deepest condolences, prayers, and strength to everyone affected. 🏁🙏

BREAKING: NASCAR legend Kyle Busch has died at the age of 41 following a sudden, severe illness that hospitalized him earlier today.

A two-time Cup Series champion (2015, 2019) and the winningest driver in NASCAR history across all three national series with 234 victories, Busch was expected to compete at the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend before his family announced he would not race due to illness.

No cause of death has been released.

“NASCAR lost a giant of the sport today, far too soon,” the racing series said in a statement expressing condolences to his wife Samantha, children Brexton and Lennix, brother Kurt, and the entire Richard Childress Racing family.

Rest in peace, Rowdy. 41 years old.

Spent the day out in the sun helping wash tires and getting things race ready. Safe to say she’s taking her crew duties seriously already. 😂

5/16/26 – Bridgeport Speedway Results

Heat Race: 7th ➡️ 5th (Qualified)
Feature: 19th ➡️ DNF (23rd)
(Power steering failure)

Definitely a step in the right direction for this new car. We were moving forward and marching towards the front before mechanical issues ended our night early.

Not the finish we wanted, but there’s speed in this thing — and that’s something to build on.

Bryan Rhoads Racing Update

After a lot of long nights, hard decisions, and even more hard work… we’re coming back.

This hasn’t been easy. What started as a setback turned into a full rebuild — and it wouldn’t have been possible without the people standing beside us.

Not the update we wanted to share tonight.

Heat Race: 1st ➡️ 2nd

Redrew #1

Feature: 1 lap… and unfortunately done.

Track conditions were heavily overwatered and extremely greasy, and Bryan pushed a little too hard early on lap 1. It bit us, and the result is a wrecked race car.

First and foremost — Bryan is sore, but he is OK. That’s what matters most.

With that said, this one hurts…

The damage is extensive. At this time, we are stepping away from racing indefinitely while we assess the car and what it’s going to take to rebuild. The car is, for all intents and purposes, totaled and will require a significant amount of time, work, and money to bring back.

To be completely honest — last season into this season has tested us in every way possible. Between mechanical issues, self-inflicted mistakes, and plain bad luck… it’s been a tough road. We’ve poured everything we have into this program just like everyone else chasing this dream, and right now the results aren’t matching the effort.

Emotions are high. Morale is low. But the passion is still there.

We owe a huge thank you to our sponsors, supporters, and everyone behind us — we owe it to you to get back on track the right way. That’s the goal.

No timeline yet… just work to be done.

We’ll be back when it makes sense.
