We want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our 2026 Opening Day of Baseball such an incredible success!

Our players are the heart of everything we do- It’s all because of them and for them. We’re so grateful for our amazing sponsors, coaches, volunteers, and every parent who continues to support these young players.

Despite less-than-perfect weather, our community showed up strong to support these players and make the day unforgettable. We kicked things off by welcoming all players and coaches onto the field, where Lynden Simard performed the National Anthem. Then Braden Yardley, founder of Yardley Sports, was asked to threw out the first pitch of 2026. Braden has been a longtime supporter of our program, and this year he went above and beyond by generously providing every player with a brand new pair of batting gloves and arm sleeves.

After the ceremonies, our team competed in a total of 13 games! We wrapped up the day with our first-ever Home Run Derby, where Brixxon Roberts and Raiden Gillins went head-to-head along with several other contestants. Together, the two of them hit an incredible 18 home runs-and probably would have had even more if we kept pitching! Raiden took home first place, with Brixxon right behind him.

It truly was a day to remember. Thank you again to everyone who continues to support the Beaver Youth Baseball program and its incredible players. Here’s to another great year of baseball! ❤️ ⚾️

The concession stand signup sheet is now available—please take a moment to sign up! Even if you need a slightly different timeframe, go ahead and sign up and we will work with you.

The concession stand is a major source of funding for our program. All proceeds go directly back into the Beaver Youth Baseball program to help our program thrive. This year we were able to make needed improvements to our bathrooms. You might also notice several teams have brand-new batting helmets—another benefit of these funds.
