Development isn’t progress in a straight line.

It’s the uncomfortable part between what’s familiar, and what’s possible.

⇝ It’s the miss-hit pass.
⇝ The wrong run.
⇝ The moment you see it but can’t quite do it yet.

That’s where the real growth hides, in the “not yet.”

⊚ Too often we mistake comfort for confidence.
⊚ But confidence is built by staying in the challenge, long enough to learn from it.

As coaches, we say we want brave players.
Then we punish mistakes that bravery creates.

⚠️ You can’t demand creativity and expect perfection.

Learning isn’t about looking good today.
It’s about becoming better tomorrow.

✅ So if your players are making new mistakes, you’re doing something right.

Progress is messy, and that’s the point.
