1. START SMALL: Start small by building one healthy habit at a time. Begin by committing to working out two days a week.
2. ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER: Whether that is a workout partner or trainer, have someone who is going to hold you accountable.
3. SCHEDULE IT: Build your workouts into your schedule, this leaves less room for excuses.
4. MAKE IT A RITUAL: When you have a ritual, you no longer have to think about it. You just do it.
5. EXERCISE IN THE MORNING: You are far less likely to skip a workout if it is scheduled in the morning. Also, people tend to make healthier food choices after a workout.

During the last few months, Invicta Fit In-Home Training has continued to grow across the SC Lowcountry and greater Savannah area. To reach and help even more people, we have brought on four new trainers to the team and won't be stopping there! As part of this growth, it was time to wipe the social media slate clean and start fresh! I want to thank everyone who has supported Invicta's evolution to this point, and we hope you will continue to join us on our journey to redefine personal training!
