Last week marked the tenth anniversary of Cama Sifu's passing. I am glad that our Fut Sao family, represented by the NY and Delaware branches, conducted a memorial dinner to remember him. It was good to see everyone, including members of his family. I look forward to seeing everyone again on October 26-27, when we will conduct our next seminar in Delaware. Until then, everyone train hard and stay safe.

We were recently happy to host members of our Fut Sao family from New York for a weekend of training, sharing of ideas, telling of stories, and good food. I hope we will see each other again soon in the New Year.

Fut Sao (Buddha Hand) Wing Chun is a southern chinese kung fu. An excellent martial art, it is also an effective method for maintaining health and wellness.

This weekend, we had a great visit with members of our Fut Sao family from New York. Two days of training and visiting. It's been 2 years since the last visit due to COVID. I'm so glad that we have been able to resume our visits. I hope that we will be seeing more of each other from now on.

Hello. Beginning the week of August 15, 2021, our class hours will be changing. Classes will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 7:30-9:00 PM. The change will allow us to use a larger room to accommodate a slightly larger class, and weapons practice. See you in class.

We just completed our first month back at the Kung Fu school after a year of remote classes via Zoom. It was great to be able to once again touch hands.

Hello, everyone! As you may already know, we have been teaching classes via Zoom only since August 2020. At long last, we will be returning to the Eden Square school. Face-to-face classes will resume on Monday, July 5th, 2021. Classes will once again be on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, 7:30-9:00 PM. I look forward to seeing you. Sifu
