Veterans Day Parade Information
Dear Parents and Guardians,
November 11th is Veterans Day, a time to honor all who have served our nation. Army veterans continue to make a positive impact in their communities, and their service provides valuable skills and experiences that strengthen our country. By sharing their stories, veterans help educate and inspire the next generation to serve.
The City of Mobile has been designated as a regional site for this year’s Veterans Day celebration by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In honor of this event, the Mobile County Public School System JROTC and LOTC programs will participate in several activities across the county.
The Veterans Day Parade is scheduled to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Arrival Time: Cadets should arrive at the parking area by 8:00 a.m.
Meeting Location: Under the I-10 bridge near Canal Street. Hvae them look for me or my truck or other Cadets!
Parade Route: The route will be similar to last year—starting on Canal Street, continuing down Monroes, turning west on Canal Street, north on Broad Street, east on Government Street, and south on Claiborne Street. Overflow parking will be available under the I-10 bridge (access via Canal Street). If any changes occur due to construction, families will be notified in advance.
Uniform: Khaki “Wednesday” shirt, black pants, black belt, and black shoes (as close to black as possible).
We are limited to 30–40 cadets, so please notify me as soon as possible if your student is able to participate.
