Baldwin County QB Rayvon “Ray” Johnson Earns Week’s Top Honor

Icons Sport Southeast News is proud to introduce the ROADS LESS TRAVELED DAWG POUND PLAYER OF THE WEEK, recognizing one outstanding football player each week from across the Icons Sport Mobile Region.

And when we say one, we mean ONE. Each week, only one player will earn the Dawg Pound honor.

Our first selection is 2028 Baldwin County High School quarterback Rayvon “Ray” Johnson, who delivered a huge performance in the Tigers’ 40–22 comeback victory.

Johnson accounted for six touchdowns — five passing and one rushing. With Baldwin County trailing 22–21, Johnson helped lead the Tigers on a 19–0 run to close the game and secure the victory.

For his leadership, production and ability to deliver when his team needed him most, Rayvon “Ray” Johnson is the ROADS LESS TRAVELED DAWG POUND PLAYER OF THE WEEK!
