Mass-applying to 200 jobs with AI is burying you, not helping you. (And yes — I'm piloting auto-apply software in my program, so I'm part of the problem.)
When everyone has the same superpower pointed at the same broken strategy, volume stops being an edge.
The people getting hired right now deprioritized the application game:
→ 5 real conversations a week with people who touch the role
→ A thoughtful DM
→ A comment that shows you get the business
→ A warm intro instead of a cold portal
AI should buy you time to be more human, not make you more robotic, faster.
Apply less. Talk to people more.
What would change if you sent 5 real messages this week instead of 50 applications? 👇
