Zumba with Heather Orbeck

Hello my name is Heather Orbeck. I am a stay at home mom. After the birth of my second son, I had no energy to take care of my kiddos and was kind of becoming a hermit because I was embarrassed by my appearance. I then got into running and it became my passion. I had a desire to be at a more competitive level, faster and further. I knew to get there it would involved cross training. I looked at all my options and Zumba® was the perfect fit and right up my ally!!! I started going to one class a week, then two, then three and couldn't believe the results I was having. My energy levels were high, I was so much happier, and my running was easier and faster and I am now a marathon runner!!!! In fact I love Zumba® so much that I became an instructor to share that new passion I found in March of 2013. My classes are for everyone!! There is no right or wrong and no matter what your fitness level is, I promise you will feel welcome and have a BLAST!! My objective is to get you in shape without you feeling like it’s a workout. I absolutely LOVE that about Zumba® Fitness classes, there is no judgment. I will warn you though...Zumba® is addictive! Come party with us!
