The world says exercise is all about looking a certain way or getting noticed. But as believers, our goal is totally different. We move our bodies to keep our temples strong, so we’ve got the energy and endurance to do what God’s called us to do.🙌🏾🙏🏾💪🏾

Romans 12:1 says to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice — that’s what this is about. Every rep, every set, every stretch becomes worship. And 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. When we care for them, we’re honoring Him.

We’re not conforming to the world’s standards; we’re training with Kingdom purpose. 🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♂️

Let’s move, let’s grow, let’s stay strong for the work He has ahead of us.
