Trist was finally able to compete in all four events for State and rocked it!!⁣ She medaled in all four events🥇 and was 1st AA in her age group. This year has been rough for her but she continues to persevere. We are so proud of her💜

LSU Gymnastics Camp 2023 was such a great experience for Trist. She learned new skills and met some amazing new friends. Special thanks to the entire coaching staff and the LSU gymnast for being so kind and supportive. She was so excited to meet her favorite gymnasts .wilson2 . Level 6 gym season is officially over🎉. Trist made her first appearance at Regionals which she was so excited about. Although it didn’t go as she had hoped it would; this experience will drive her to work even harder next year. She struggled most of the season with her full turns on beam but with hard word and dedication she earned her highest beam score of the season. She was so proud of herself and so were we🥰. Proud is an understatement!! Trist is a level 6 State Champion🏆. She placed 1st All Around in her age group and qualified for Regionals. Her team also placed 1st. She has worked so hard for this opportunity and is so ecstatic.

What an awesome girls trip we had this past weekend!! Trist competed at the Gasparilla Classic in St. Petersburg, Florida. She came back home with plenty of bling and the 1st All Around title for her level 6 age group. Her team won 1st place team also!! We continue to be so proud of her for always trying her best. It does help when you have the best coaches ever!! She even had time to spend with her besties before saying farewell to one of them. ⁣
