The Wrestling Ring. 1925.

They used to call her “The Lady.”
That’s what the old-timers called the ring when I first got into the business back in 1996.

I was 16 years old. Never been married. Couldn’t really grasp what they meant.
But they said if you stay in the business long enough… that ring is who you’re really married to.

Years later, after making most of my money running ring crews, setting up rings, and tearing them down—I understood.

You treat her with respect.
You give her your best.
And if you’re lucky… she gives you moments that last forever.
