August finds me busy working throughout Bastrop and Fayette Counties, with some extra energy going into growing my business closer to home in Fayette County.

Covered arena. Two barns. Turnouts. Hot walker. Shop. Three-car garage. A nice home — and a pool to fall into after working horses on a Texas summer afternoon.

I found this Shiner property while looking through HAR for a true equestrian facility to feature, and this one made my horsewoman's heart flutter.
