Changes in the weight room.

There have been some changes to the Summer Athlete Development opportunities. Please see below for all summer sessions. An afternoon session has been added! 👇

Summer athlete development opportunities will be available at Barron High School for students entering grades 7-12. Sessions will run Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM, 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, and 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM during June 8-30 and July 7-31. Athletes only need to attend one session per day.

Training will focus on speed, agility, and strength development to help athletes prepare for their upcoming sports seasons and reach their full potential.

Don't miss this opportunity to put in the work and get ready for the year ahead! 💪🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Barron High School is offering Summer Athlete Development opportunities for students entering grades 7-12. Athletes will have the chance to build strength, improve speed and agility, and prepare for their upcoming sports seasons.

Sessions run Monday-Thursday from June 8-30 and July 7-31, with morning time slots available from 6:00-7:30 AM or 7:30-9:00 AM. Athletes only need to attend one session.
