When college came and sports were over I gained about 20 pounds and was at my heaviest weight. It wasn't only about the weight, but also about the way I felt about myself. When I finally dedicated time to eating right and being active I started to notice changes that boosted my confidence and made me feel better inside and out. My mission is to help others feel good about themselves, everyone has

different goals in mind but in the end we all want that same good feeling. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through American Counsel on Education.

We welcomed our little nugget to this world on August 12th at 10:56am via C-section!💜
We love you so much Madelyn Elise and are so proud of how brave you have been in these first couple days of life. I never truly understood it before but I have a new found respect for NICU parents. Couple emotional days but we are home and everyone is happy and healthy!
You will always be my sweet little sugar baby 🥰😍
