I grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and I am a Barnstable High School Hall of Fame athlete and a 2012 Brandeis University graduate. Sports and athletics have been a huge part of my life since I was a little kid and I went on to play basketball at the collegiate level at Brandeis. After I graduated from college, I coached both NCAA college and youth basketball for several years. While I was coachi

ng I became certified as a personal trainer and trained clients of all ages in an all women's fitness studio. After I decided that I did not want to further pursue my college basketball coaching career, I moved to Florida and became certified as a stretch practitioner and also continued working as a personal trainer/fitness coach. I have years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds from kids to senior citizens. I believe in sustainable fitness and nutrition instead of quick fixes and "fad diets". Fitness and wellness is truly a lifestyle that you can keep up with no matter where you are in life. I teach my clients how to feel comfortable working out on their own using proper technique and form in order to maximize results. "I know firsthand how hard it is to motivate yourself when you don't have a coach pushing you and teammates cheering you on.
