Lady Cards hosted Marion County last night. Cards played a hard fought game through a downpour at one time and threats of storms but came up 1 point short at the end. Next game is Saturday, away at Bluegrass United.

Tough loss for the Lady Cards last night but got to get ready for next game today vs Marion Co at Home.

Thursday night the Lady Cards traveled to Green County to take on the Lady Dragons. Green County struck first with two goals in the beginning of the first half. Allison Jones intercepted an errant pass from Green County and took a shot from 36 yards out that sailed over the keeper and into the back of the net! It was an Awesome Shot! At halftime Lady Cards were down 1-2. In the second half Green County wore down the Lady Cards and with multiple offensive threats, scored 4 more times for a final score of 6-1. It was a valiant effort by the Lady Cards against a talented team.

Allison Jones is our Player of the Game for her long shot and her relentless play on defense and in the midfield. WAY TO GO ALLISON!
