A wrestler who praises God in all circumstances.
Who shows toughness on the mat, but gentleness and humility in character.
Who competes with fire, discipline, and heart—yet never forgets that their gifts are meant for something bigger than themselves.

This is what it looks like to honor God through sport.
To work hard, stay humble, lift others up, and give Him the glory no matter the outcome.

You can’t sharpen without a little friction — and we definitely felt that on Saturday with some great wrestlers from around the area.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17).

We’re taking that friction and turning it into fuel. 💙💛🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️

Bethlehem Wrestling had a strong showing today at the Tates Creek scrimmage.

Teams in attendance:
• West/East Jessamine
• Greenup County
• Tates Creek
• Trinity Whitesville
• Bethlehem

Our wrestlers moved well, showed solid technique, and held their own in every matchup. The work they’ve been putting in at practice really showed — especially in their pace, positioning, and transitions. It was a great chance to test our skills early, and the team responded with focus and grit.

We’re proud of their effort and grateful to Tate’s Creek ffor hosting awell-run scrimmage. Looking forward to continued growth as we move into the season. 💙💛🤼‍♂️

Our Eagles & Banshees head to Tates Creek High School TOMORROW for our first scrimmage of the season!
🕚 Wrestling begins at 11:00 AM

Our athletes have been putting in serious work on the mat, and this scrimmage is a great chance to test their skills, get live looks against new opponents, and set the tone for the season.
