So very proud of our Parkinson’s athletes. This program has been running successfully for 10 years here at Pulse. The PK athletes “FIGHT BACK” against the effects of Parkinson’s 2x a week with boxing training, strength training, balance, and keeping their voice by staying loud and having fun. This program is supported by the local Baraboo area Parkinson’s support group.

Tennille spends her days helping other people become stronger & healthier — but she realizes she needed to make time to focus on herself more too.

With a busy schedule, having the structure, accountability, & guidance of an experienced coach allowed her to take the extra brainpower out of her own training & focus it elsewhere.
