We are excited to share the wonderful experiences and activities that took place at the Bright Future Fundamentals - BFF and Turner Station Rec Council Skillz n Thrillz Baseball Camp last week. It was a fun-filled week where our young athletes not only improved their baseball skills but also engaged in various enriching activities.

Here's a recap of the amazing week:

1. **Word of the Week: Honesty**: Throughout the week, we focused on the value of honesty. We encouraged campers to be truthful in all their interactions and highlighted how honesty builds trust and strong relationships.

2. **Baseball Drills and Games**: The campers spent a significant amount of time on the field, participating in various baseball drills designed to enhance their skills. It was fantastic to see their progress and enthusiasm.

3. **Senior Talk with Ms. Gray**: We were honored to have Ms. Gray join us for a Senior Talk. She shared valuable insights and inspired our campers with her wisdom and experiences.

4. **Cooking with Chef Ziggy**: The campers had a blast making a tasty meal with Chef Ziggy. It was a great opportunity for them to learn about cooking and enjoy a delicious treat.

5. **Wiffle Ball Fun**: Due to the heat and field conditions, we switched things up and played lots of wiffle ball. It was a fun and refreshing alternative that everyone enjoyed.

6. **Exploring the Potomac River with Living Classrooms**: The campers had an educational and adventurous experience exploring the Potomac River with the Living Classrooms team. They learned about the river's ecosystem and history.

7. **Building Structures with Ms. Lett, Mechanical Engineer**: Ms. Lett, a mechanical engineer, guided the campers in a building structure activity. It was a hands-on learning experience that sparked their creativity and problem-solving skills.

8. **Learning About Hair Textures with Ms. Mary**: Ms. Mary conducted a session where the campers learned about different hair textures and how to care for them. It was an informative and engaging session for all.

9. **Beach Fun on the Eastern Shore**: To end the week on a high note, we took a trip to the Eastern Shore beach. It was a perfect way to relax and have some fun after a week of hard work and learning.

10. Learned about Nature with Marshy Point

We are incredibly proud of all the campers for their participation and enthusiasm throughout the week. Thank you for allowing your child to be a part of the Skillz n Thrillz Baseball Camp. We look forward to more exciting adventures in the future!

We are thrilled to share some exciting highlights from the recent Skillz n Thrillz Basketball Camp that your child attended. It was a week filled with fun, learning, and unforgettable experiences!

During the camp, our young athletes had the opportunity to:

1. **Play Basketball with Coach Sean**: Under the guidance of Coach Sean from Mosley Basketball, the campers honed their basketball skills through various drills and games. It was a fantastic learning experience for all.

2. **Meet Poe from the Baltimore Ravens**: The campers were delighted to meet Poe, the official mascot of the Baltimore Ravens. It was an exciting encounter that added a special touch to the camp.

3. **Create a Tasty Drink with Chef Ziggy**: Chef Ziggy guided the campers in making a delicious drink. To make it even more special, the drink was branded with a unique logo created with the help of Whye Designs.

4. **Play Basketball Against the Coaches**: The campers even got the chance to play a friendly game of basketball against the coaches. It was a fun and competitive experience that everyone enjoyed.

5. **Sail on the Pride of Baltimore**: The campers had the incredible opportunity to sail on the Pride of Baltimore. This adventure added a unique and memorable experience to their camp week.

6. **Learn from the Fire Department**: The local fire department visited the camp to teach the children about being a firefighter, offering them an insightful engine tour. It was an educational and inspiring session for all the campers.

7. **Enjoy a Magical Performance**: A magician also made an appearance at the camp, mesmerizing the campers with an array of amazing tricks and performances. It was an enchanting experience that left everyone in awe.

Throughout the camp, we emphasized the importance of teamwork and camaraderie. As we always say, "There is no 'I' in team," and it's perfectly fine to have a little fun and dance along the way!

We are incredibly proud of the effort and enthusiasm displayed by all our campers. Thank you for allowing your child to be a part of this wonderful experience.
