If you know me, you know this is my go to pose. Easy to get into with no warm up (well this and splits but it’s really muddy out here and I already got knocked in the mud by an adorable mini poodle 😂)

A beautiful morning at Cromwell Valley Park teaching a super chill all levels yoga class. If you know me, you know I advertise chill and easy and then tend to push everyone out of their comfort zone with crazy s**t. 😅 This morning I kept it chill! The 8am start time probably helped. Only two students but that just makes the class more interactive/intimate.

I know we are all taught to be silent in yoga but honestly other than during opening meditation and savasana I love feedback! Or random stories, conversation, whatever. Point being, don’t be afraid to talk to me. If a posture feels wrong, let me know. If you want/need an adjustment, let me know. If you need to vent about work or your personal life, I’m here for it. ❤️
