All posts and submissions by users, whether solicited or unsolicited, become the property of Under Armour and may be used by Under Armour for any purpose (including use in connection with marketing, advertising, promotion, sale, and distribution of Under Armour's products and services) in any media, in perpetuity and throughout the world without compensation to users. In connection with such use by Under Armour, users also consent to Under Armour's use of their names, likenesses, images, portraits, voices, and biographical information as and to the extent embodied in their posts/submissions or otherwise made available by them. Users may not post or submit anything that is unlawful, illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, harassing, threatening, violent, abusive, racial, discriminatory, false, fraudulent, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate, or infringes or violates any property or personal right of any person (whether it be intellectual property right, right of privacy, right of publicity, or otherwise), or contains or spreads virus or other harmful program, code or material. Under Armour reserves the right to remove any user post or submission at any time for any reason.
