Only 4.5 hours left….who’s coming in last minute to donate??

🏁 LESS THAN 5 HOURS. WHO WANTS THE OUTSIDE POLE? 🏁

At NOON TODAY, we go Facebook Live, refresh the fundraiser page and make it OFFICIAL.

And this thing is STILL MOVING!

A long time friend, ex-rival and sponsor will be helping us support this amazing cause and racing our second car 🏁🧩

“It’s like riding a bike” he says 🤙🏼

Malta, NY's Jon Miller, driver of the #12 Lazarro's Auto Body sponsored Sportsmen Modified is registered for The 5th Annual Upstate Chevy Dealers Autism Acceptance Race, and will be making the long-haul to Albany-Saratoga Speedway this Friday, September 4th!

Miller, a now long-time open-wheel competitor at the "Great Race Place" had an up and down year with a recent Top-3, a Top-5 and 3 Top-10's. And, even with his now 15 years in a Sportsmen Modified, he cut his racing teeth in Street Stock division, amassing 37 wins prior to moving up "and out" of the full-fendered ranks.

Those early days of racing forged a strong friendship with Ballston Spa's Brandon Emigh, driver of the #2 Lazarro's Auto Body Pro Stock, thus leading to this Friday where Miller will strap into Emigh's spare car and "see how it goes."

Will it be like riding a full-fendered bike? Only one way to find out, BE THERE ON FRIDAY!!!

🧩 ONLY 12 PUZZLE PIECES LEFT — AND WE ARE 3 DAYS AWAY! 🏁

We’re getting down to the wire for The 5th Annual Upstate Chevy Dealers Autism Acceptance Race, and we still have 12 pieces available in one of our favorite parts of this entire event.

If you’ve never participated in our Puzzle Piece Program, here’s how it works:

There are 32 puzzle pieces — one representing each possible finishing position in the 64-lap Pro Stock feature.

For a minimum donation of $130, you sponsor one of those pieces.

🏁 $100 goes to the DRIVER who finishes in that position Friday night.

🧩 $25 goes toward our Autism mission.

🎟️ $5 buys a scratch-off ticket that goes on the back of the piece for the driver.

Your name, family name, business, race team, or even a memorial message can go on the front.

After the race, the winner gets first choice of the 32 puzzle pieces, second place chooses next, and we keep going through the field. So nobody knows which driver will end up with YOUR piece until Friday night!

And I LOVE seeing some of the names already on this year's board — race teams, businesses, families, Friends of Rachel, and pieces honoring people who are no longer with us. ❤️

We started off the night with a strong car running quick time in hot laps. Unfortunately the heat race didn’t go as we hoped starting and finishing p5. We made some adjustments and had a much better car for the feature, worked our way from p15 to p6 and won the Hard charger award for the night.
