The absolute best thing you can do for yourself is to show up and do something! That could be a 5-minute walk, a lifting session, or even a sport you love!

I have been a personal trainer for 13 years now and have watched the difference in clients who go all in (end up burning out and quitting) and clients who workout twice a week and have stuck with it for years.

I’m mainly a stay at home mom, but I work twice a week as a personal trainer in my at home gym!!

These are the top three things I would suggest you buy if you’re wanting to workout from home on a budget.

Keep it simple- there’s so many exercises you can do with resistance bands, a bench and a pair of dumbbells.

When I first started my home gym, almost everything was from facebook marketplace! If you start by getting the basics, you can build from there.
I have also found good deals at walmart for dumbbells!
