🫀❤️ One of the greatest blessings of my career is seeing my patients become my students. ❤️🫀

As an Exercise Physiologist at Adventist Health and a Fitness Coach, I have the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives.

In Cardiac Rehab, I witness their courage as they work to strengthen their hearts, regain confidence, and embrace a healthier future. Then, seeing them continue that journey in my fitness classes is incredibly rewarding. It means they didn’t just recover—they chose to keep thriving.

Every class becomes a celebration of strength, determination, resilience, and the commitment to lifelong heart health. 💪❤️

Being on both sides of the journey—helping people heal in a clinical setting and empowering them through fitness—has given me an even deeper appreciation for the power of movement. Healing doesn’t end when rehab is over; it continues with every step, every workout, and every healthy choice.

I am so proud of every person who chooses to keep moving forward. Your heart fought hard to get stronger, and now you’re honoring that gift every day.

🔥 Core Burner Alert! 🔥

Today I’m working my core on the floor with the support of the Bender Ball, focusing on keeping my chest lifted and my core engaged throughout every movement.

✨ Exercises:
• Bender Ball Core Crunches
• My creative Bicycle with Bands 🚴‍♀️
• Leg Raises 💪

⏱️ Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then repeat on each side. Complete 3–4 rounds for a serious core challenge!

This workout targets:
✅ Re**us Abdominis (the “six-pack” muscles)
✅ Transverse Abdominis (your deep core stabilizer)
✅ Internal & External Obliques (the muscles along the sides of your waist)
✅ Hip Flexors (assist with leg lifts and core control)
