Finally getting around to posting up my individual stage shots.
Nothing much to add to what I’ve already said in previous posts/stories. Just very excited and happy about what I brought to the stage, and now just putting in the work during this long offseason to beat this physique next time in decide to step on stage 😎

Stage shots are in from the competition. Ill be posting my individual pics soon, but for now I just wanted to post up the top 3 in my class to show you guys what I look at to determine what I do in the off-season to bring a better physique for next show.

Before I give you guys my critique; I am/was very happy with the physique I brought, and more importantly how much improvement I made from my last show (in 2019). So anything below is not me upset or disappointed, just being critical.

Why I got 3rd, and what I need to bring up.

1.) I could always bring leaner/drier/harder - this is a prep thing, not an off-season issue

2.) I need to build my abs up, so that they pop. If you’ve talked to me about Abs, you know I do not hit them… like not even a single exercise. So that is changing now.

3.) I need to have bigger Lats. This will help with more width in my front and back poses

4.) Thicker lower/Mid back. I have a longer torso, so building this up will bring up more density and detail from the back

5.) Bigger biceps…. Just Because

Feeling blessed and very happy these days. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and it’s always fun to look back on your past and see how your actions and choices molded your life to where we are now. Also, thankful for the people I have met and have in my corner. I don’t say it enough but appreciate everyone who has and does support me, I wouldn’t be where I am now with out them.

On a the flip side, if you aren’t happy with your life then take responsibility and make moves to start bettering your life. Also do this for YOU, not for anyone else. You need to be happy first, then you will be able to make others happy.

Man, I’m not ready to write up all about how the show went and my emotions behind it. I’ll probably make a video about it because typing isn’t fun.

BUT…

Had an amazing weekend and a great showing. I placed 3rd in open Classic Physique, and brought the best physique I could have. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

So…. Did something new and out of my comfort zone.
Anyone who knows me, know that I don’t want to spotlight on me (much, lol). But I have to give a big thanks to and for getting me to do this photoshoot. I had a great time and am already stoked for the pics I’ve seen already.

….more to come. Prepare to be spammed with these for the next 2 years. 😂. Jk, Noe and I have some exciting plans for the future, won’t be the same content used over and over. 😉
