For example, you can take 45 seconds to exercise and 15 seconds to rest for a total of 15 minutes, 20 seconds to exercise and 10 seconds to rest for a total of 20 minutes or any other iteration you can think of. Aim for 10- to 30-minute HIIT workouts no more than three times a week.
