I’m SO excited to say that I passed my Real Estate Broker’s Exam today! 🎉🏡

There have definitely been some tough days along the way. Real estate isn’t always easy, and becoming a broker takes a lot of hard work, studying, dedication, and probably a few moments of wondering, “What was I thinking?” 😂 But today made every bit of it worth it!

Real estate has truly been the most rewarding profession I’ve ever been a part of. I love helping people, I love the relationships I’ve built, and I genuinely love what I do from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I’m so grateful for every client who has trusted me, every person who has supported me, and every lesson that has gotten me to this point.

Broker era officially unlocked! 🔑🏡✨

🔍 TOURNAMENT COMPLIANCE REMINDER

Anglers and captains, please remember that THSBA conducts boat checks following every tournament. In addition, two polygraph examinations are administered after each event.

These procedures help protect the integrity of our tournaments and ensure a fair playing field for every team. All anglers and captains are expected to cooperate fully with tournament officials and follow all THSBA rules.

Fair competition starts with everyone doing their part. Please review the tournament rules before every event and be prepared for all required post-tournament checks.

Anglers, captains, and team admins are responsible for reading and understanding the complete THSBA rules before participating in a tournament.

Several important requirements are missed each season. Please pay close attention to:

🎣 Fishing license requirements
🛥️ Boat insurance requirements
💺 Approved seating locations
🚫 Tournament off-limits areas

Do not wait until tournament week to review the rules. Taking a few minutes now can help prevent confusion, penalties, or disqualification later.

Please make sure everyone involved with your team has read the current 2026–2027 THSBA rules. If you have questions, contact THSBA before the tournament.
