Anyone else sitting here on Sunday night wondering where the weekend went? 😅

I've got laundry that still needs folded, a week to plan, and about 47 things running through my head.

But one thing I've learned is that I don't have to have everything figured out by Monday morning.
I just need a plan for the next right thing.

Get the workout in. Drink the water. Hit the protein goal. Keep showing up.

That's enough.

Tomorrow doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be better than doing nothing.

Now I'm off to finish getting ready for the week and probably ignore that pile of laundry a little longer. 😂💪🏻

There are women who say they’re going to… and then there are women who do.

Right now, my client roster is full of women who are showing up, pushing themselves, stepping outside their comfort zones, and proving to themselves they are capable of more. Not because it’s easy. Not because they’re always motivated. But because they made a decision and continue to follow through.
I’m incredibly proud of every woman in this program. The confidence they’re building, the strength they’re gaining, and the habits they’re creating will carry far beyond the gym.

If you’re still saying “I’ll start Monday,” this is your reminder that progress begins the moment you decide to take the first step.

Real talk though, Body dysmorphia is real.

One day you’re feeling like a fitness model.
The next day you catch your reflection in a random store window and suddenly you’re questioning every life choice you’ve ever made. But seriously…Body dysmorphia affects more people than you think. Sometimes we become so focused on what still needs work that we completely ignore how far we’ve come.

Take the picture.
Celebrate the win.
