Watch this video for the Intro. I started my Martial training at 9 in Tae Kwon Karate Do, in El Paso TX.

I studied there for 2 yrs. I learned the side kick. Next I studied Muay Thai for 3 yrs and concurrently dabbled in Jiu-Jitsu(Brazilian and Japanese). I then Spent 2 years with Shaolin-Do. In 1992 I started my training in Yang style Tai Chi and continued that for 6 years until moving to Austin. I practiced Capoeira for 8 years. I also spent a small amount of time learning Wu style small form. Finally, I started training Yin Style Ba Gua Zhang in 2008, and continue to this day.
