Small group lesson with eager to learn athletes 💪🏽

Focuses:
First portion-
• Hitters: Opening vs Closing & Thumb down vs Thumb on the side
• Defense: Efficient transition footwork & early angles

Second portion:
• Setter: Location & contact consistency 🎯
• Hitter: Aggressive approaches & mindset (make an aggressive play regardless of the set received) 🤔
• Serve Receivers: Communication, Tracking, & Early Angles 📐

• Serve receive in RML back
• Angles outside our midline
• Sets: Location consistency & high frame
• Sets: setting from target & releasing from rotation 3 (zone 4)
