Your wife has you for free—emotionally, energetically, s*xually.

And deep down, she knows: She can do whatever the hell she wants… and you’re not going anywhere.

Let’s be honest—until there’s a cost to her for coasting (not punishment, not threats, just clear boundaries), your commitment starts to feel… disposable.

I know that sounds harsh. And no, this isn’t about demonizing her. She’s not a villain.

But she is disengaged.

And in many cases? She’s just lazy!
Not because she’s cruel, but because there’s no reason not to be.

If there’s zero expectation for her to show up with effort, care, or affection… why would she?

The truth is simple:

The more a woman invests her time, her energy, her presence, the more she values the relationship.

And if she’s not doing any of that? She’s not valuing you.

This is one of the most painful truths I walk men through in coaching. But it’s also one of the most powerful.

You’ve got to stop treating commitment like a charity.

She doesn’t get access just because she’s present.
She gets access because she shows up fully—with effort, presence, affection, and real investment.

Your loyalty is sacred. Your time, your attention, your energy—that’s not a free handout.

And no, this isn’t about pressuring her for s*x.
This is about calling the whole thing what it is.

✅ A marriage with zero effort from her side? That’s not a partnership.
✅ A woman who stops being affectionate, stops showing up, stops caring—but keeps taking? That’s not love. That’s coasting.

It is healthy—and necessary—for you to expect her to meet you halfway.

Whether you’re married or single, the principle is the same:

Be the man whose presence is a hot commodity.
