A big part of being a good coach is staying a student.
I recently completed a mobility certification focused on improving range of motion, building strength within that range, and understanding muscle recruitment on a deeper level.
Mobility work is not just about “stretching more.” It is about creating strength and control in positions your body struggles to access — whether that is overhead mobility, t-spine rotation, or deeper squat positioning.
My goal is to help a wide range of people move better, train smarter, and stay active longer. And I will always keep learning new techniques to better help each individual I work with.
