These are the three hardest working sisters I know!! When I say they have put in the work this summer they really did. They did not look like this at the beginning of the summer, but they are resilient and tough!! I can’t wait to see what God has planned for them. Great job ladies super proud of you! This workout is not a easy workout. We did 50 yard band pull (AKA Iron Ponies) and then they come back and run over the small hurdles. With one minute rest and we had 3 of those with 3 minute rest in between. This is a great workout for speed teaching athletes to stay up tall and run with great form while being tired. This was a tough workout, but these ladies are tougher! We did 4 sets of everything 1. Push-ups with weight vest. 2. Weighted squat jumps with medicine ball. 3. Leg circles for lower abs. Then they jog around the building with the weight vest with each set. Getting fit fine and fabulous is not easy but it’s worth it. Great job ladies.
