Pushup Club

Pushup Club Pushups have been described as the perfect exercise. For example, you and your partner start with a pyramid of 10. Then you do 9 while he rests.

It works your entire core as you hold a plank position and provides dynamic resistance that doesn't require any special equipment. To participate in the Push Up Club, all you have to do is get a partner (or more than one) and do a push up "pyramid" at lunch one day per week. A "pyramid" is just a series of reps doing one less push up than the time before until you get to one push up. You do 10 pus

h ups, then rest while your partner does 10 push ups. Then he does 9, then you do 8. Continue this pattern until you've done 10 sets finishing with one push up. Next week start at 11 push ups if you can.
