Introducing HRI (Human Reservoir Indicator), the scientific index that answers the overwhelming question, “Is my workout working out?”

HRI is calculated using your height, weight, and the results from six workout assessments that target your whole body. What comes from this are two numbers: your HRI score (measure of your physical ability) and your BBR (Body Balance Ratio) score (how your physi

cal ability is proportioned across your body). These numbers are tracked once every two weeks, allowing you to adjust your workout and develop a plan to ensure success with your fitness! In short,

1) You take the quick 30 minute, bi-weekly test
2) You plug the assessment results, as well as your height and weight, into the HRI calculator
3) Then you have your HRI! What once required a professional staff, a series of equations, and a lot of tedious work can now be done by anyone! AND

No matter how complex or simple your routine is, HRI can complement it so that you can continuously improve your workout:

1) It helps you to pinpoint your workout's problem areas
2) It provides you with a system to better achieve your specific fitness goals
3) And it tracks your progress along the way!
