Your goal must be BIG enough, exciting and motivating enough to work through the plethora small minutia, setbacks and bu****it you are gonna face.
Once you stop focusing on WHY your doing something your brain will find an excuse not to.
You gotta keep it exciting.
Cuz ain't nobody want to do stuff they don't want to do. And it's easy to miss the bigger things you want by avoiding the small steps you don't want that makes up the bigger better plan.

If you find yourself stressed or super tired go for a work out, add something else on to your plate. Free time is usually fretted away and we get lazy and out of practice in our down time.
