Pilates Demo at Colyer Community Center✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and experienced the Pilates demo with Irene last Thursday. Watching the community show up and move together is truly inspiring. Seeing people give it a try and leave with a smile made it an incredibly memorable moment for The Pilates Gem.
