We had so much fun at our first Mommy & Me Yoga! 🧘‍♀️💕

We hope to see you and your littles at our second one this Monday at The Play Place, JC! We only have 5 spots left, so make sure to sign up in advance.

Your little one can join in on the yoga, play, explore, or simply enjoy being alongside you. There’s no pressure to participate, just a fun morning to connect and enjoy some time together! 💕

Classes will be gentle and beginner-friendly, so you don’t need to be a yogi to participate!
