⚠️Semi-Vulnerable Post⚠️

December 2021 (135lbs)~ August 2022 (145lbs)
⏩⏩⏩⏩ 2018/2019 (1 year after I had bubba) I could not gain weight at all, at one point I was 112lbs at 5’3 . I had preeclampsia’s with my son, so after giving birth my body could not get it together!

I had always wanted to be stronger, more cut, a little thicker. I trusted the process but even now I have my days where I look in the mirrror and still want to be a little more … but then I remember where I started and now I Am in fact, stronger, more cut and thicker . Remember to give yourself credit for the little wins because one day those small wins will turn into big ones. Gaining weight is just as difficult of a process as losing weight is so don’t ever try to down play it .

Also just a note to everyone telling someone “You’re so skinny” is the same as saying “You’re so fat” pick your battles because I will clap back every time😂💯 . Fat shaming/skinny shaming it’s real so be kind and be careful with your words💭
