As a reminder, each participant is required to complete two hours of volunteer time in order to receive their volunteer fee back.

With four age divisions running throughout the tournament, we understand that some families may be concerned about missing the opportunity to watch their child play. We will work together as an organization to help ensure coverage during game times so parents are able to watch their child when they are playing.

Home tournaments cannot run successfully without volunteer support, and we truly appreciate everyone’s willingness to help make this event a success for all of our athletes and families.

Hello Coaches and Families,

We are excited for our upcoming home tournament, which is now just a few weeks away! As we prepare for a great weekend of baseball, we wanted to share a few important reminders and updates from both the School District of Auburndale and the Village regarding parking and park expectations.

Please share the following information with your families:

From the School District:
Due to construction taking place behind the HS/MS building, the rear parking area will be unavailable for the summer sports season. Please plan to park in the park parking lot located west of the ball diamonds. This will help keep the construction area clear and ensure the safety of all visitors.

From the Village/Park:
* Please do NOT hang on the pickleball nets.
* No pets are allowed in the park.
* Please refrain from wearing cleats on the new playground equipment and rubber surface areas.

In addition, there will be cones and markings reserving space near the shelter house for a graduation party. We kindly ask that everyone be respectful of this event and park behind the designated area.

Tournament attendees can also enjoy:
* Concessions
* 50/50 Raffle
* Bake Sale

AYBSA Family Night with the Rapids Rafters: Purchase tickets by June 1, 2026

Good afternoon AYBSA families,

As promised here is the purchase information for tickets for our family night with the Rapids Rafters on June 12th at 6:05PM. Gates open 60 minutes prior to game time and all players/coaches in attendance will be recognized on-field prior to the game (have players wear their uniforms). Remember (pending weather) there is a free post-game fireworks show planned. Hopefully you are looking forward to a great night at the ballpark watching some D-1 college level baseball.

Tickets can be purchased through the link below or by calling the ticket office at 715-424-5400.

Our ticket package options included a grandstand bleacher seat for $11 with the option to add on a Rafters hat and meal voucher for an additional $9. Children under 7 do not require a ticket if they do not need a seat (can be seated on a lap); however, they will also not be eligible for the add-on.

If you plan to purchase your tickets on-line: from the link above click buy tickets, and enter the promo code AYBSA in the promo field and click find tickets. There you will be able to select your seats from those available with-in the ticket block. You will either have to create an account or log-in to get into your cart. Once in the cart, for those interested in the hat and meal voucher you will be able to select your add-on from the drop down menu (select Group Grandstand ($9.00)) and enter how many you want. You will be able to select digital tickets or ticket pick-up from Will Call.

From there you should be able to check out and reserve your seats. Looking forward to a fun night at the ball park.

A few village park reminders:

Addition to the Welcome sign and No Pet reminders, do NOT hang on the pickleball nets and cleats must remain off of the new playground equipment and rubber ground.

Batting cages must be used appropriately for the sports of baseball and softball uses.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep our village park looking and functioning spectacular!
