Well weather man was wrong again but we made a go of it. Had 3 generations on the boat, and they put a hurt on some fish in the conditions we had. They only lost 2 fish at the boat which is fantastic in the waves we were fighting. Great job today Bill, Irma, Lindsey and Lisa. Always a pleasure having you on the boat. Look forward to next year. Jim, Brian and Carter come out for an afternoon trip. Fishing has been hit or miss for the most part so tried a new area. They were up for it. Turns out it was good move. They landed around 40 fish, lost a few at the back of the boat but still managed a great bag of fish. They did everything today, the captain mainly watched and pointed out rods that had fish on them. Great job today guys and thank you for a fun day on the water.

It’s time to be thinking about soft water fishing. Took time off last year to take care of some family things and now I’m ready to start looking forward to trolling for walleye, salmon and Lake Trout. I have been thinking awhile about how I priced my charters, and since I really like to take smaller groups, 1-3 people is perfect for my boat and is more interacting. This year I’m going to charge 125.00 per person. So if you are by yourself, have a friend who wants to go and get on some fish give me a call to book a trip.

Nice day on the water doing some pre fishing for upcoming charter. The deep water is producing. Caught fish on leadcore and in line 3oz 35-45 back at 1.2-1.5 mph.
