Transformation Tuesday: there is no special antidote or certain time Just keep coming back and working hard and it will get done remember to have fun in the process.

I have had moments of stopping and starting during this whole process because I thought i could do one and not the other it goes hand in hand trust me . A plan is so Necessary . Get one stick to it don’t change up to much until what your doing is working . Then when you bottom out then find what workouts work for you .
