ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY WITH TEAM AUTHENFIT!! 🎉

After working with Cristal and John for the last 2-3 years on general fitness and lifestyle coaching, they recently decided it was time to start building a family after getting married.

A few months ago, we ran labs again for Cristal and found a few things that could hold fertility back such as her low testosterone, EXTREMELY high prolactin (30+ mg/ML), and a few nutrient gaps that developed over a recent period of time between the previous labs we ran.

We created a targeted plan to address each one in an extremely short period of time. After just a little over month on the new protocol, her hormones clicked right into place so her cycle and fertility fully regulated to 100% optimization and just like that… PREGNANT! 🙌

Another update from one of our top competitors Glory!!!

We just recently made the switch from figure to the fitness catagory and her debut is coming by the end of this year, we are SOOO EXCITED!!!! She has made astounding progress since joining the team just a little over a year and a half ago. We’ve REALLY focused on bringing up her entire physique, but balancing out her upper versus lower symmetry. Everything now looks extremely well balanced.

We’ve been very slowly prepping her and taking our time to make sure we keep pulling fat whilst preserving and even some building muscle at the same time during this cut. We didn’t want to rush the process and she’s always responded better to more long and drawn out preps in the past. We’ve still got much more work to do, but we are getting there slowly but surely! 🙌

TOO OFTEN we forget to focus on the basic fundamentals like sleep and stress! ✅

Melissa came to us wanting to lose weight and build a better routine in her fitness and health goals. We QUICKLY found out stress was a major factor in stalling her progress. Overtime she found balance, created better morning/nightly routines and started seeing the results she wanted.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY WITH TEAM AUTHENFIT!! So grateful that we were able to be a part of the beginning to their new

Elijah and Kennedy came to us originally with an infertility case where their doctor told them it would be “almost impossible” for them to have children due to Kennedy having Hashimotos (thyroid autoimmunity) in the family history.

After some lab review, it actually showed that Kennedy didn’t have Hashimotos at all, but instead had a mild case of PCOS. Antibodies were EXTREMELY low and TSH, FT4, FT3 and RT3 all looked fairly okay, with maybe some mild optimization needed, which was accomplished with learning how manage stress on a day to day basis, and using a few adaptogens to provide that extra support. Vitamin D was extremely low as well, simple supplementation was able to fix that.

The PCOS was primarily due to a high end total/free testosterone and an extremely low E2 and progesterone. We worked on bringing all of those in their own optimal ratios and after 5 months of work, everything finally clicked!!
