“One year ago, I knew I needed to make a change. My blood pressure and cholesterol were higher than they should have been, my knees ached every day, and I was missing out on activities I loved.

I wanted to feel healthy again and be able to travel with my husband without worrying about pain or keeping up.

When I started Make A Step Fitness in 2013, I had one goal… help people believe in themselves again through fitness, one step at a time.

13 years later, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.
