Parents, Athletes, & Fans of Mojo-Lewis,
We started this team from nothing back in 12U and what a ride it has been. Mojo-Lewis has been a team that has made a name for itself because of the athletes that called this home. The kids that put on this jersey knew they were there to compete. They learned, they failed, they grew, they competed…on and off the field. From 12U to second year 16U there have been many many championships, long road trips, plane rides, and memories. I think the best was our PGF National Championship that took us on an 11-0 run in 2024 OR winning 8 games back to back in 12U to win the PGF Ga State Cship. I think that was the first time we served the kids Celcius at a tournament. 😆 Through these last five years we have compiled a record of 343-96-10. That is 449 games in this jersey and under this name and we wouldn’t trade a minute of it.
Seeing a group of kids earn their way to a #4 overall national ranking when 5 years ago no one knew who they were has also been pretty awesome. Watching every kid of recruitment age commit to a DI school, living out their dream that each little girl had from a young age, has been something special to watch for us as coaches as well. More than anything, seeing young girls become young women who stand strong in the Lord has been the most rewarding and has made this worth it.
As we approach the 2025-2026 season I have really sought the Lord on our next steps. Most of you know I have missed A LOT of my boys’ baseball games for this team. Easton and Coach Ty have spent their birthdays in Colorado away from family for the past four years, and Ty and I’s anniversary has been spent in Newberry, FL for as long as I can remember haha. We have missed family events and a lot of things we can’t get back. It is with much peace in our hearts that we have made the decision as a family to step away from this team to focus on Macie-Rae’s 2032 team, watch our boys play ball in their critical years of high school, and spend more time together and invest in our marriage.
I don’t take this lightly nor does Coach Ty. We love your kids and always will be here for them cheering them on and yelling at them some…only now it will be from a distance. We are only a phone call away and will help in whatever we can as these young ladies move forward. Our prayer and hope is that as they embark on new opportunities and play their collegiate careers that when they think of Mojo-Lewis they will smile and their minds and hearts will be filled with the best memories between the lines. We also hope they will hear “COMPETE” loud and clear in everything they do!
I want to thank every single coach that has helped with this team. Coach Barb & Coach Ty are the best there is and I will forever cherish our time on a bucket together.
I will leave you with this scripture that has always been something I hold on to when things are uncertain…” And we know that in ALL things God works for the good of those that love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
We love you all and I am sure I’ll see you around a ball field somewhere near or far!

Coach Brittany Lewis
I will leave you with some pretty great pics of where we came from to where we ended. 💙🧡
