Happy New Year, Heroes! I have been remiss in posting over the holidays, but it’s the New Year, a time when a lot of folks set resolutions that typically fail around March. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect different results. I say we set healthy intentions instead and commit to them, and you can do that throughout the year, as many times as it takes. Who’s with me?
