Young Athletes the "Edge" Needed to Succeed The Edge Fitness Camps are unique in that we can bring the camp to you.

The Edge Fitness Camps are youth fitness programs geared towards Jr High and High School athletes equipping them with the "edge" to be at the top of their respective sports. The Edge strives to obtain 100% from each athlete by building self-confidence, self-esteem, character, and leadership skills. The Edge Fitness Camps are designed to enhance school programs by providing an excellent "feeder" pr

ogram for sports of all types. We work hand in hand with the coaches to align our training with their specific programs. Our camps offer strength and conditioning training, intense cardio training, as well as specialized drills geared towards specific sports such as wrestling, football, soccer, cross country, etc. With continuous and ongoing improvement, we hope to see young athletes that go through our programs become Jr High and High School State Champions, Collegiate National Champions, and Olympians! We work with teams at their local gyms, both private and school. We can design and accommodate both large and small groups. Open camps will be announced at various locations that will be available to athletes from all over.
