Hey Social Media family. It's been over 8 years since I did a fitness video and something has lit a fire under my ass to put out a lot of content for 2020. I need your feedback. I get a lot of people that say they want me to train them, but honestly it's not enough time in the world to train everyone individually. If I put out fitness videos, would you support?
