The 24th Annual Dragon Doc was certainly one for the books!

What a weekend of amazing squash, camaraderie, and fun! The courts were buzzing all weekend, and it was incredible to see so many players, families, sponsors, and friends come together and enjoy everything that makes this sport so special.

A huge THANK YOU to,
- The 160+ players who played the event.
- Our wonderful sponsors, who without, the event would not be possible.
- The pros who came into town for the exhibition. Miguel, Nathan, Peter, Jaymie and Arhum.
- The Dragon Doc himself, Gary Myerson who founded the tournament 25 years ago.

And of course the ACS & A+ staff who worked tirelessly all weekend 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We’re so proud of our club and community, and this weekend was a perfect example of what sport should be all about - bringing people together, building friendships, competing hard, and having fun.

Our pros will be teaming up with players in the Pro/Am Doubles Draw and showcasing their skills at the Pro Exhibition Saturday at 6pm.

We’re excited to introduce this incredible group of pros joining us for the Dragon Doc Tournament, August 28-30! 🐉

We’re grateful to have Miguel Rodriguez 🇨🇴 Nathan Lake 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Peter Creed 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Jaymie Haycocks 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 at Atlanta Community Squash at the end of the month.

They bring world-class experience, athleticism, skills, fantastic personalities, and will, for sure, make this an amazing event both on and off the court.

What a great summer it has been at ACS!
This year, we had over 125 summer camp registrations, welcoming many first-time players to the sport. Several campers joined us for multiple weeks, which we hope is a reflection of how much they enjoyed squash, had fun at camp, and most importantly, made new friends along the way.
We are very proud of our Junior Academy and especially grateful to our dedicated coaches Tom Pashley and Lucas Piller, who worked hard to give every camper a memorable experience while helping them develop their squash skills. A special thank you as well to all of our guest coaches including pros, ACS members, college players, and student players who contributed their time and energy throughout the summer. 😎☀️🤗

Another great week of squash comes to an end! This week we welcomed even more first-time players who discovered a new sport and had a fantastic time on court. Throughout the week, our juniors improved every day, learned the importance of teamwork, and challenged themselves in a fun and competitive environment.

We wrapped up camp with an exciting NSL-style team competition, where campers battled it out together, cheered on their teammates, and experienced the energy of team squash. A perfect way to finish another memorable week at ACS!

Week 6 of ACS Summer Camp ended on a high! 💪

Our campers continue to grow stronger each day, learning the importance of solo practice, match play, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. It was especially rewarding to see our first-time players discover a new sport and enjoy every moment on court.

This week, our campers had the opportunity to learn from a fantastic lineup of guest coaches- Celia Pashley( Westminster Head Squash), Wade Beardsley, Giovanna Vega( UVA), Rana Thakkar (Dartmouth).

At ACS, every camp is about learning, growing, making friends, and having fun. Thank you Coach Tom and Lucas for making this week memorable. See you all next week! 😎☀️🤗 camp

Week 4 of ACS Summer Squash Camp is in the books!

We wrapped up another fantastic week with a hardworking group of players who brought great energy, focus, and enthusiasm to the courts every day.

A special thank you to our guest coach, Wade, a passionate member of the ACS community who is always willing to step on court, share his knowledge, and inspire our players. We truly appreciate your time and support!
