Come join us for The Murph workout tomorrow! 7:45 and 9:30 class times!

The Murph is one of the most recognized Hero workouts, performed in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Lt. Murphy was awarded the Medal of Honor for his courage, leadership, and sacrifice during Operation Red Wings.

This workout is more than a physical challenge - it’s a tribute to those who gave everything in service to others. Approach this workout with grit, humility, and purpose. Pace wisely, stay mentally tough, and remember the meaning behind every rep.

Sometimes you need:
-More Recovery
-More Fuel
-Better Balance

If you’re:
-Always Tired
-Plateaued in Training
-Struggling to Recover
-Feeling Drained Instead of Energized

…it may not be an effort problem.

It may be a recovery problem.

At Route 3, we intentionally rotate:
-Strength
-Conditioning
-Aerobic Work
-Recovery-Focused Sessions

So members can train consistently without constantly burning out.
